By creating an account or joining the waitlist at RecruitOwl.in, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions & Free Trial

• Waitlist signups receive a 14-day full-access free trial upon official launch.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at the locked Founding Member rate (₹999/mo for 12 months) or standard rate (₹1,499/mo) unless cancelled prior to the billing date.

2. Acceptable Use & Candidate Privacy

• Consent Collection: RecruitOwl collects explicit opt-in consent from candidates via WhatsApp or Web Intake before processing application data or sending automated follow-up communications.
• No Unsolicited Messaging: Without candidate consent, RecruitOwl will not trigger any additional automated messaging or marketing to the candidate. Recruiters must not use the platform to broadcast unsolicited spam.
• Data Integrity: You agree not to submit falsified candidate information, misrepresent qualifications, or attempt to reverse-engineer our 7-Vector scoring engine.
• Account Protection: We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in policy violations, spamming, or platform abuse.

3. Service Availability & Disclaimers

RecruitOwl.in provides automated candidate scoring for evaluation purposes. Hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the recruiter and their clients.
