1. Data Integrity & Candidate Consent

• Always ensure candidates are aware when triggering automated WhatsApp intake flows.
• Verify that notice period, CTC, and tech stack details match what the candidate confirmed during initial outreach.

2. Client Matrix Sharing

• Unbranded 1-click matrix exports should only be shared with authorized hiring managers and clients for valid open requisitions.
• Do not alter or manipulate AI match score outputs to misrepresent candidate qualifications.

3. Account Abuse

• Automated intake links must not be broadcast as bulk un-solicited spam. Use RecruitOwl links strictly within active candidate workflows.
